Ingredients
- Reposado tequila60 ml (2 oz)
- Coffee liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
- Espresso30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Pull a fresh espresso and let it cool for a moment.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake very hard to build a thick foam.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Float three coffee beans on the foam.
