Islay Scotch whisky30 ml (1 oz)
Honey liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
Fernet-Branca7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Egg white1 piece
Peychaud's bitters3 dash
How to Make It
Shake everything without ice to build the foam.
Add ice and shake again until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Serve without a garnish.
