Ingredients
- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)30 ml (1 oz)
- Orange curaçao22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves5 piece
How to Make It
- Add the mint leaves and all the liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe to catch the mint.
- Float a dehydrated lemon wheel on top.
