Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
White crème de cacao22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Aperitif wine15 ml (0.5 oz)
Blue curaçao15 ml (0.5 oz)
Cinnamon syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard until well chilled.
Strain into a stemmed absinthe or small wine glass packed with crushed ice.
Mound more crushed ice on top and dash Peychaud's bitters over it.
