- Aquavit45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Dark rum15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cinnamon syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- White crème de cacao7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Maple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake to froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Let the foam settle and serve without garnish.
