Ingredients
- Dark rum120 ml (4.1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice60 ml (2 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the rum, lemon juice and passion fruit syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
