Strawberry shrub30 ml (1 oz)
Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
For the shrub, macerate sliced strawberries with an equal weight of sugar for a day, strain, and stir in vinegar to taste — about half as much as the syrup.
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the tequila and the shrub.
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
