Ume Paloma Recipe
A Paloma softened with umeshu: the Japanese plum liqueur adds a sweet-sour stone-fruit note to tequila, grapefruit and soda.

Ingredients
- Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
- Umeshu22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Grapefruit juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lime juice1 tsp
- Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- If you like, rim a highball glass with sea salt, then fill it with ice.
- Pour in the tequila, umeshu, grapefruit juice and lime juice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
