Creole Gimlet Recipe
A big, dry Gimlet given a Caribbean-New Orleans accent: falernum's lime, clove and almond, a little lime cordial and a dash of Peychaud's.

Ingredients
- Gin75 ml (2.5 oz)
- Falernum15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Lime cordial7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Peychaud's bitters1 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
