Batavia arrack60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Orange bitters1 dash
How to Make It
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass.
Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice.
Swizzle with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until the glass frosts.
Top with more crushed ice, add a mint bouquet and grate nutmeg over it.
