Scotch and dark rum built over ice with a splash of coconut water, a little orange liqueur and chocolate bitters — an Old Fashioned with a tropical lilt.

Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml (1 oz)
- Dark rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Coconut water15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Cointreau7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Demerara syrup1 tsp
- Chocolate bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
- Add one large ice cube.
- Stir in the glass until chilled and lightly diluted.
