Ingredients
Mezcal52.5 ml (1.8 oz)
Amaro22 ml (0.7 oz)
Cointreau15 ml (0.5 oz)
Chocolate bitters1 dash
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled and diluted.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Blacken an orange peel with a hand torch over the glass, rub it around the rim and drop it in.
