Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Gentian liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Bergamot liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Honey syrup1 tsp
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted.
- Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Roll a long strip of orange peel into a rose and set it on the ice.
