A dark, stirred rum drink layered with amaro, Green Chartreuse and falernum — molasses and spice up front, a long herbal finish.

Ingredients
- Dark rum52.5 ml (1.8 oz)
- Amaro22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Green Chartreuse15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Falernum7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Peychaud's bitters2 dash
- Orange bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express an orange twist over the drink and discard it.
- Garnish with a cherry.
