Cognac, Cointreau, maraschino and a little lemon shaken cold and lifted with Champagne: a Sidecar-like sparkler, dry and perfumed.

Ingredients
- Cognac22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cointreau15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Maraschino liqueur7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Champagne60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Shake the cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice and maraschino with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top slowly with chilled Champagne.
- Express an orange zest over the top and drop it in.
