Gin22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Campari22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Vermouth bianco22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Fresh orange juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry-shake to build the foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Let the foam settle and serve without garnish.
