Breakfast Margarita Recipe
A Margarita with a spoonful of orange marmalade shaken in, served against a smoky ancho-chilli salt rim.

Ingredients
- Blanco tequila52 ml (1.8 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Orange curaçao15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Agave syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Orange marmalade1.5 tsp
How to Make It
- Rim a rocks glass with ancho-chilli salt and fill it with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard to dissolve the marmalade.
- Double-strain into the prepared glass.
- Grate a little orange zest over the top.
