Kingston Club Recipe
A tiki-style long drink with no rum at all: honeyed Drambuie carries pineapple and lime, with a spoon of Fernet and bitters for a minty, spiced depth.

Ingredients
- Drambuie45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fernet-Branca1 tsp
- Angostura bitters3 dash
- Soda water30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the soda water to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Pour the soda water into an ice-filled highball glass, then strain the drink over it.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
