Ingredients
White rum180 ml (6.1 oz)
Brandy30 ml (1 oz)
Fresh orange juice180 ml (6.1 oz)
Fresh lemon juice120 ml (4.1 oz)
Orgeat syrup45 ml (1.5 oz)
Crushed ice480 ml (16.2 oz)
How to Make It
Add the rum, brandy, juices and orgeat to a blender with the crushed ice.
Blend for a few seconds, just until slushy.
Pour into a scorpion bowl, or divide between large glasses, and add more ice to fill.
Float a gardenia on top and serve with long straws.
