Ingredients
- Scotch whisky52.5 ml (1.8 oz)
- Cloudy apple juice45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Amaro15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Demerara syrup1 tsp
- Allspice dram0.5 tsp
- Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
