Apapacho Café Recipe
A chilled, low-proof cousin of Irish coffee: sweetened coffee with a little bourbon and sweet vermouth under a layer of cream and fresh nutmeg.

Ingredients
- Bourbon22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Simple syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Brewed coffee45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh cream45 ml (1.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the bourbon, vermouth, syrup and cooled coffee to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Lightly whip the cream and float it over the back of a spoon.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
