Absinthe Colada Recipe
A Piña Colada rebuilt around absinthe: coconut and pineapple soften the anise, and a spoonful of crème de menthe keeps it cool.

Ingredients
- Absinthe30 ml (1 oz)
- White rhum agricole15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Coconut syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- White crème de menthe1 tsp
- Pineapple juice30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a generous bunch of fresh mint.
