Yuzu Negroni Recipe
A pale, White Negroni-style stir of gin, gentian liqueur and Americano aperitif wine with a small pour of sake; use a yuzu sake if you can, for the citrus the name promises.

Ingredients
- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Gentian liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Aperitif wine15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Sake7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
- Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express a lemon twist over the drink and place it on the ice.
