Insanely Good Gin & Tonic Recipe
A gin and tonic with extra backbone: gentian liqueur doubles down on the bitterness, a little lime juice and a dash of Angostura fill in the middle.

Ingredients
- Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Gentian liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Tonic water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the gin, gentian liqueur, lime juice and bitters.
- Top with cold tonic water and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
