Brandy30 ml (1 oz)
Gentian liqueur20 ml (0.7 oz)
Dry vermouth15 ml (0.5 oz)
Simple syrup10 ml (0.3 oz)
Amaretto5 ml (0.2 oz)
Angostura bitters1 dash
Peychaud's bitters1 dash
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled and diluted.
Strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
