Ingredients
- Islay Scotch whisky30 ml (1 oz)
- Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
- Orgeat syrup22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Celery bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Moisten half the rim of a chilled coupe with lime and dip it in salt.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
