Ingredients
- Calvados30 ml (1 oz)
- Yellow Chartreuse30 ml (1 oz)
- Pear liqueur60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves12 piece
How to Make It
- Put the mint leaves and simple syrup in a rocks glass and press them gently.
- Add the Calvados, Chartreuse, pear liqueur and lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir until the outside frosts.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a fan of pear slices.
