Navy Grog Recipe
Three rums with lime, grapefruit, honey and a touch of allspice — strong, tart and dry for a tiki drink, sipped through a cone of ice.

Ingredients
- Aged rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Dark Jamaican rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Dark rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Honey syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Grapefruit juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Allspice dram3 dash
- Crushed ice90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients, including the crushed ice, to a blender.
- Flash-blend for about five seconds — just enough to chill, not to make a slush.
- Strain into a double rocks glass.
- Set an ice cone with a straw through it in the glass, or simply fill with crushed ice.
