Ingredients
Dark Jamaican rum22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Ginger syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Amaro22 ml (0.7 oz)
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger on a pick.
