Death Flip Recipe
Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse and Jägermeister bound by a whole egg — silky, herbal and far more harmonious than the ingredient list suggests.

Ingredients
- Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
- Yellow Chartreuse15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Jägermeister (German herbal liqueur)15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup1 dash
- Whole egg1 piece
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice and shake again until very cold.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the foam.
