Amaro60 ml (2 oz)
Prosecco90 ml (3 oz)
Soda water30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Pour in the amaro, then the Prosecco and the soda water.
Stir once, gently, to keep the bubbles.
Garnish with the sage sprig, the orange half-wheel and the dried grapefruit wheel.
