A White Russian with a bitter backbone: vodka and coffee liqueur stirred with Cynar, then capped with a layer of cream.

Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Coffee liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh cream30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Stir the vodka, coffee liqueur and Cynar with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
- Grate a coffee bean over the cream.
