- Pear brandy (Poire Williams)45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Honey syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Absinthe3 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a thin pear slice or a lemon wheel.
