Ingredients
Rye whiskey60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Absinthe2 dash
Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice to build the foam.
Add ice and shake again until very cold.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Dot a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam and drag a pick through them to make a swirl.
