A white rum sour with orgeat and Cointreau under an egg-white cap — almond, orange and lime, soft and tart.

Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Orgeat syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Cointreau15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Egg white15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass without ice.
- Draw two plus signs on the foam with drops of aromatic bitters.

The Story
The name is Newspeak for "excellent" in George Orwell's "1984" — hence the two plus signs drawn on the foam. The recipe circulated in the American cocktail blogs of the late 2000s.
