When to use this template

This template is for cancelling a purchase by using your right of withdrawal. It names the purchase and the date it was made, states that you are exercising the right to cancel and asks for a full refund.

What the letter contains

Message names the purchase being cancelled, placed after “my right to cancel my”.
Date is the day the purchase was made; it appears in the sentence and again above your name.
The second sentence asks the seller to refund you in full, not in part.
Recipient is the seller or online shop the purchase was made from.
Your full name signs the withdrawal notice; an address and ID number line can be added below it.
