Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
- Dry sherry22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Coffee liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Bourbon15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Islay Scotch whisky15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express a thick piece of lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
