Monk's Respite Recipe
A light, dry tiki cooler: gin and coconut water flash-blended with lemon, honey and a little Yellow Chartreuse, then lifted with soda.

Ingredients
- Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Coconut water90 ml (3 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Honey syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Yellow Chartreuse7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Soda water30 ml (1 oz)
- Orange bitters1 dash
How to Make It
- Add everything except the soda water to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice.
- Flash-blend for just a few seconds — the ice should stay in pieces.
- Pour unstrained into a double rocks glass and add the soda water.
- Garnish with an edible orchid and a mint sprig.
