Artichoke Hold Recipe
A bitter tiki-style sour: funky Jamaican rum and Cynar with elderflower, lime and orgeat, served over crushed ice under a mint sprig.

Ingredients
- Dark Jamaican rum22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Orgeat syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just until cold.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
