A mezcal Negroni that trades the vermouth for coffee liqueur and a little amaretto: smoke, bitter orange, roasted coffee and a hint of almond.

Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
- Campari30 ml (1 oz)
- Coffee liqueur22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Amaretto7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
