Ingredients
Cranberries10 piece
Sugar4 tsp
Hot water30 ml (1 oz)
Fresh ginger slices1 piece
Cinnamon stick1 piece
Star anise1 piece
Rosemary sprig1 piece
Cranberry juice30 ml (1 oz)
Fresh orange juice30 ml (1 oz)
Soda water170 ml (5.7 oz)
How to Make It
Simmer the cranberries, sugar, water, ginger, cinnamon, star anise and rosemary in a small pan until the berries burst and the syrup turns red.
Let it cool, then strain out the solids.
Pour the syrup, cranberry juice and orange juice into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange slice; multiply everything by twelve for a punch bowl.
