Calculate with one fuel unit
Arithmetic endurance in minutes equals available fuel divided by hourly fuel flow, multiplied by 60. The entered fuel is the amount used in that division. No regulatory reserve, unusable fuel or aircraft limit is automatically subtracted.
A flow is an assumption or observation that you supply. Check whether it represents the relevant phase of flight and conditions. A correct arithmetic total does not validate usable fuel, aircraft performance or the measurement itself.
Enter and verify the reserve separately
Reserve requirements depend on the applicable operation and rules. This page does not select a legal minimum. Check the aircraft documents, current conditions and applicable requirements before using a result operationally.
