Ingredients
- Dry white wine (Grüner Veltliner)125 ml (4.2 oz)
- Sparkling water125 ml (4.2 oz)
How to Make It
- Chill both the wine and the mineral water thoroughly.
- Pour the cold white wine into a wine glass or tumbler.
- Top with an equal measure of sparkling mineral water.
- Stir once gently and serve straight away, without ice.

None, though a slice of lemon is sometimes added.
