Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Balsamic vinegar3 drop
- Rocket leaves8 piece
How to Make It
- Add the rocket leaves and all other ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard so the leaves break up and colour the drink.
- Double-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a few fresh rocket leaves.
