Turn travel screenshots into a reference pack

Choose current booking details, order them for the journey and check the PDF before sharing.

A useful travel pack answers a few concrete questions: where am I going, what is the current booking and what will I need to show? Start with those questions rather than exporting every screenshot that mentions the trip.

Screenshots are convenient references, but some tickets and passes require an original app, a live screen or a changing code. Check the operator's instructions before assuming a saved image will be accepted.

Choose a small, current set

Compare duplicate booking screenshots and keep the current details easy to distinguish. Put travel segments in journey order, followed by accommodation information and any practical address notes. Keep full terms and original booking access available separately when needed.

  • Check names, dates, airports or stations.
  • Check the booking reference against the original.
  • Separate public address notes from private codes.
  • Verify which documents need an original or live version.

Read the export as a new document

After making a PDF, open it and check page order, readability and missing edges. Zoom in on the details you expect to use in transit. If two versions remain in the pack, label them or remove the obsolete reference so you do not present the wrong one.

Will a screenshot always work as a ticket?

No. Requirements differ, and some codes change. Follow the operator's instructions and keep the required original access.

Does a shared PDF update when a booking changes?

No. An exported file is a snapshot. Rebuild or replace it after a relevant change and check its date.
