1. Hizmet
Nomira, isimlerin harf ve sayı karşılıklarını geleneksel ebced, Pisagor ve Kaldeya sistemlerine göre hesaplar ve bu sonuçları mistik bir dille anlatır. İçerik eğlence ve kültürel merak amaçlıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki, finansal veya dini danışmanlık değildir ve kesin gerçek olarak alınmamalıdır. Uygulama, Volkan Günay (Ankara / Türkiye) tarafından yayınlanır.
2. Hesap Deterministiktir, Anlatı Yapay Zekâdır
Sayısal hesap kısmı sabit kurallara dayanır: aynı isim her zaman aynı sonucu verir ve bu sonucu uygulama içindeki harf kırılımı ekranından adım adım doğrulayabilirsin. Bu sonuçları anlatan metinler ise yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir ve hata veya yanlışlık içerebilir. Geleneksel sistemler arasında farklı okuma biçimleri bulunur; Nomira'nın kullandığı harf eşlemeleri uygulamada açıkça gösterilir.
3. Uygunluk
Hizmeti kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın.
4. İçerik
Girdiğin isimlerden sen sorumlusun. Başkasına ait bilgileri, o kişinin rızası olmadan girmemelisin; yasa dışı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik girmemelisin.
5. Ücretsiz Kullanım ve Reklamlar
Nomira ücretsiz kullanılabilir ve reklamla desteklenir. Harita hesabı, harf kırılımı ve referans kütüphanesi her zaman ücretsizdir ve internet olmadan da çalışır. Ücretsiz anlatı hakkını doldurduktan sonra ek anlatıları açmak için kısa bir ödüllü reklam izlersin; reklamın izlendiği sunucu tarafında doğrulanır. Reklam koşullarını değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Ücretsiz yol her zaman açıktır — abone olmak zorunlu değildir.
6. Nomira Premium Aboneliği
Dilersen Nomira Premium aboneliğini satın alabilirsin. Abonelik süresince anlatıların reklamsız ve sınırsızdır; üç sistemi yan yana okuyan derin anlatı, sınırsız isim profili ve uzman modu (harf eşlemesini kendin düzenleme) açılır.
- Süre: 1 hafta (haftalık, otomatik yenilenen abonelik).
- Fiyat: Türkiye'de haftalık 100,00 ₺. Diğer ülkelerde fiyat, mağazanın o ülke için belirlediği tutardır ve satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Güncel fiyat her zaman satın alma anında uygulamada görünen tutardır.
- Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret aynı dönem için hesabından tahsil edilir.
- İptal: İstediğin an mağaza hesabından iptal edebilirsin (iOS: Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android: Google Play → Abonelikler). İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; dönem sonuna kadar erişimin devam eder.
- Ödeme ve iade: Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store ya da Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir.
- Geri yükleme: Cihaz değiştirir veya uygulamayı yeniden kurarsan Ben → Satın alımları geri yükle ile aboneliğini geri getirebilirsin.
7. Sorumluluk Reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, anlatılara dayanarak aldığın kararlardan doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

1. Service
Nomira computes the letter and number values of names according to the traditional abjad, Pythagorean and Chaldean systems, and describes those results in a mystical voice. The content is for entertainment and cultural curiosity; it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or religious advice and should not be taken as fact. The App is published by Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye.
2. The Reckoning Is Deterministic, the Narrative Is AI
The numeric part follows fixed rules: the same name always yields the same result, and you can verify that result step by step on the letter breakdown screen inside the App. The texts that describe those results, however, are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Traditional systems differ in how they read certain letters; the mappings Nomira uses are shown openly in the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. Content
You are responsible for the names you enter. Do not enter another person's details without their consent, and do not enter unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content.
5. Free Use and Ads
Nomira can be used for free and is ad-supported. The chart reckoning, the letter breakdown and the reference library are always free and work without an internet connection. Once your free narrative allowance is used, you watch a short rewarded ad to unlock further readings; ad completion is verified server-side. We may change the ad terms. The free path is always available — subscribing is never required.
6. Nomira Premium Subscription
You may optionally purchase a Nomira Premium subscription. While it is active, your readings are ad-free and unlimited, and you unlock the deep reading that compares all three systems side by side, unlimited name profiles, and expert mode (editing the letter mapping yourself).
- Length: 1 week (weekly auto-renewable subscription).
- Price: USD 2.49 per week in the United States. In other countries the price is the amount set by the store for that country and is shown on the purchase screen. The current price is always the amount displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the same period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel any time in your store account (iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.
- Payment and refunds: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are subject to the relevant store's refund policy.
- Restore: If you change device or reinstall the app, use Me → Restore purchases to restore your subscription.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the narratives.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
