1. Veri Sorumlusu

Volkan Günay, Ankara / Türkiye. İletişim: hello@vomcore.com. Bu politika, Nomira uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kapsar ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

  • Anonim cihaz kimliği: Uygulamayı kullanabilmen için cihazında üretilen rastgele bir kimlik. Hesap açman gerekmez; e-posta veya telefon numarası istemeyiz.
  • Girdiğin isimler: Kayıtlı profillerindeki isimler, varsa anne adı ve doğum tarihi. Bunlar profillerini ve haritalarını sana geri gösterebilmek için sunucularımızda saklanır.
  • Üretilen okumalar: Haritalarına ait mistik anlatı metinleri.
  • Bildirim token'ı: Bildirimleri (isteğe bağlı günlük hatırlatma) açtıysan, cihazına ait push bildirim tanımlayıcısı (FCM).
  • Kullanım ve teknik veriler: Analiz, çökme ve performans verileri (Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics), reklam gösterimi ve ödüllü reklam doğrulaması (Google AdMob).

3. Hesaplama Cihazında Yapılır

Nomira'nın çekirdeği deterministik bir hesap motorudur: harflerin sayısal karşılıkları, toplam, öz sayı, burç, element ve gezegen tamamen cihazında, çevrimdışı hesaplanır. Harf kırılımı ekranı ve referans kütüphanesi internet olmadan da çalışır. Sunucu, aynı hesabı yalnızca mistik anlatıyı üretebilmek için ham girdiden yeniden yapar; uygulama sunucuya hesaplanmış sayı göndermez.

4. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Dayanak

Verilerini; hizmeti sunmak (haritanı hesaplamak, anlatını üretmek, profillerini saklamak), uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve reklam göstermek amacıyla işleriz. Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamla desteklenir: ücretsiz hakkını doldurduktan sonra ek anlatıları görmek için kısa bir ödüllü reklam izlenir; reklamın izlendiği sunucu tarafında (AdMob sunucu doğrulaması) teyit edilir. Uygulamada isteğe bağlı Nomira Premium aboneliği sunulur; abone olursan abonelik durumun (aktif/bitiş tarihi) ve mağazanın verdiği anonim işlem kimliği işlenir. Kart/ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmez ve saklamayız — ödeme tümüyle App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Hukuki dayanaklar: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b), meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f) ve — kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gibi durumlarda — açık rızan (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR m.6/1-a). iOS'ta Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı (ATT) ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda Google UMP onay formu ile rızan ayrıca alınır.

5. Verilerin Paylaşıldığı Üçüncü Taraflar

  • Anthropic (Claude): Anlatıyı üretmek için yapay zekâ modeline ismin harfleri ve motorun hesapladığı nitelikler (burç, element, gezegen, arketip) iletilir. Anne adın ve doğum tarihin modele gönderilmez — yalnızca "anne adı girilmiş mi" bilgisi ve hesaplanmış sonuç aktarılır. Günlük sayı ve genel anlam metinleri hiçbir isim içermez. Anthropic bu veriyi model eğitiminde kullanmaz.
  • Google AdMob: Ödüllü reklamları göstermek, ölçmek ve doğrulamak için.
  • Firebase (Google): Bildirim, analiz ve çökme raporları için.
  • RevenueCat: Abonelik satın almalarını doğrulamak ve abonelik durumunu yönetmek için. Yalnızca kullanıcı kimliğin ve satın alma bilgin iletilir; isimlerin RevenueCat'e gönderilmez.
  • Apple / Google (mağaza): Ödemenin alınması ve satın almanın doğrulanması için.

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; aktarım, KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V'e uygun güvencelerle yapılır. Verilerini hiçbir koşulda satmayız.

6. Saklama Süresi

Verilerin, uygulamayı kullandığın sürece saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde profillerin, okumaların ve bildirim token'ların kalıcı olarak silinir. Harf değerleri ve sayı karşılıkları gibi kişiye bağlı olmayan hesap sonuçları, kimseyle ilişkilendirilemez biçimde saklanmaya devam edebilir.

7. Hakların (KVKK m.11 / GDPR)

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızanı geri çekme haklarına sahipsin. Uygulama içinden Ben → Hesabımı Sil ile tüm verini anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için hello@vomcore.com adresine yazabilirsin; başvurular KVKK ve GDPR'de öngörülen sürelerde yanıtlanır. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya yerel veri koruma otoritene şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.

1. Data Controller

Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: hello@vomcore.com. This policy covers the Nomira app (the "App") and is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

  • Anonymous device ID: A random identifier generated on your device so you can use the App. No account is required; we do not ask for your email or phone number.
  • The names you enter: Names in your saved profiles, plus the mother's name and birth date if you provide them. These are stored on our servers so we can show your profiles and charts back to you.
  • Generated readings: The mystical narrative texts written for your charts.
  • Push token: If you enable notifications (optional daily reminder), a push notification identifier for your device (FCM).
  • Usage and technical data: Analytics, crash and performance data (Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics), ad delivery and rewarded-ad verification (Google AdMob).

3. The Reckoning Happens On Your Device

The core of Nomira is a deterministic calculation engine: letter values, totals, essence number, star sign, element and planet are all computed on your device, offline. The letter breakdown screen and the reference library work without an internet connection. Our server repeats the same reckoning from your raw input only so it can write the narrative; the app never sends computed numbers to the server.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process your data to provide the service (compute your chart, generate your reading, store your profiles), improve the App and serve ads. The App is free and ad-supported: once your free allowance is used, you watch a short rewarded ad to unlock further readings; ad completion is verified server-side (AdMob server-side verification). There is an optional Nomira Premium subscription; if you subscribe, we process your subscription status (active / expiry date) and the anonymous transaction identifier provided by the store. We never see or store your card or payment details — payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Legal bases: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and — for personalized advertising — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). On iOS we additionally ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, and in the European Economic Area we collect consent via the Google UMP form.

5. Third Parties We Share With

  • Anthropic (Claude): To write your narrative, we send the AI model the letters of your name and the attributes computed by the engine (star sign, element, planet, archetype). Your mother's name and birth date are not sent to the model — only whether a mother's name was provided, and the computed result. Daily-number and general meaning texts contain no names at all. Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
  • Google AdMob: To serve, measure and verify rewarded ads.
  • Firebase (Google): Notifications, analytics and crash reports.
  • RevenueCat: To validate subscription purchases and manage subscription status. Only your user identifier and purchase information are shared; your names are never sent to RevenueCat.
  • Apple / Google (stores): To take payment and verify the purchase.

These providers may operate servers abroad; transfers are made with safeguards compliant with GDPR Chapter V. We never sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as you use the App. When you delete your account, your profiles, readings and push tokens are permanently deleted. Non-personal reckoning results, such as letter values and their numeric equivalents, may be retained in a form that cannot be linked to any person.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. You can permanently delete all your data anytime via Me → Delete Account in the App. For other requests, write to hello@vomcore.com; we respond within the timeframes required by KVKK and GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we will notify you of material changes in-app and update the "Last updated" date.
