Review several short checklists together
Hallway, office and balcony look small on their own, but together they add 25 dates in four weeks. See how several short checklists add up before you plan them.
Small templates add up
The hallway has three tasks in Kleara, the office three and the balcony two. Each looks easy to keep up with. Selected together, the eight tasks cover almost every day of the month.
That is worth knowing before you decide that a room with few tasks needs no review. The workload of a plan is the sum of its rooms, and frequent weekly tasks in several small rooms can outnumber one large room.
The combined example
In the example starting 26 October 2026, the eight tasks produce 25 occurrences in 28 days. The planner spreads them so that no day has more than one: hallway vacuum on 26 October, door handles on 27, office dusting on 28, office decluttering on 29, balcony plants on 30, hallway mop on 31 October, office vacuum on 1 November and the balcony floor on 7 November.
Only three days in the window are free: 8, 21 and 22 November. For comparison, the kitchen alone produces 35 occurrences, so these three small rooms are lighter than one kitchen, but not by much.
Review them together
- Select the spaces that really exist, then read all eight task names once in the Plan tab.
- Look at the mix of rhythms: weekly dusting, decluttering, vacuuming and plants make up most of the count, while the two-weekly and monthly floor jobs add only five occurrences.
- Group work you do in one go, for example both vacuum lines, with Move to another day.
- If several people share the home, turn on Take turns so the small daily visits are shared.
A different kind of load
A plan with one short task almost every day feels different from a plan with a few heavier days, even with the same total. Neither is better; choose the pattern that fits your week and adjust dates to get it.
The office and the hallway both have a vacuum line. If the office is part of a larger room, keep only one of them.
