Choose room scope before comparing workloads

The Apartment, House and Shared flat presets select 25, 32 and 24 tasks. Decide which rooms you really have before comparing workloads between plans.

A preset is a selection, not a floor plan

Kleara's three home presets are starting selections of rooms. Apartment selects the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and hallway. House adds a separate toilet, a laundry room and a garden. Shared flat keeps the common rooms and drops the bedroom.

None of them knows your actual home. A real home may combine a toilet and bathroom, use the bedroom as an office, or have a balcony that no preset includes.

The three presets compared

In the example starting 26 October 2026, Apartment gives 25 tasks and 94 occurrences in 28 days, with at most four tasks on a day. House gives 32 tasks and 123 occurrences, with up to five a day. Shared flat gives 24 tasks and 100 occurrences, up to four a day.

Shared flat has fewer tasks than Apartment but more occurrences, because its separate toilet adds a task every three days. The difference between plans comes from which rooms are selected far more than from the planner.

Settle the scope first

Changing scope later

You can add or remove rooms at any time in the Rooms tab. A room added later is scheduled from that day and balanced on its own, not against the tasks already in the plan, so check the next days after adding it.

Removing a room deletes its tasks, including custom ones you added there. The undo that appears right after restores the room with its tasks, dates and assignees.
